PRODUCT-USAGE

1. Also called construction lifting machine, construction ladder is a kind of machine transiting personnel and material through vertical or inclining movement of cage with pinion and rack engagement or steel cable lifting method, mainly used in building construction and maintenance;

2. This cable is mainly used for power supply cable of electricity control of large mobile equipment such as construction lifting machine used for construction engineering rated AC 450/750V or below; also used for power supply connection of vertical transport machinery long time used in warehouse, wharft, dock and high tower, etc.; especially suitable for various frequently moving equipment;

This product has features such as pulling resistance, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, cracking resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, bitter cold resistance, outdoor weatherability, etc., with super bendability and flexibility, as well as reliable ability to withstand mechanical load, able to keep stability of electrical performance of cable in continuously rotating, bending environment.

SUMMARY-OF-RELEVANT-TECHNOLOGY

1. Conductor: use multiple strands of flexible oxygen free copper wire, meeting requirements for class 5 or 6
conductor in GB/T3956-2008;

2. Insulation: EPY compound;

3. Sleeve: natural SBR, CPE, PUER, etc.;

4. Voltage test: 2500V/5min, no breakdown

5. Operating environment: long term allowable operating temperature -25℃～+70℃;

6. Requirement for laying: minimum allowable bending radius shall not be less than 8 time cable diameter.

DIMENSION-AND-MAIN-TECHNICAL-PARAMETERS-OF-CABLE

Delivery requirement:

1. According to agreement by both sides cable delivery of any length is allowed, with length tolerance ±0.5%;

2. According to customer demand and agreement, similar model and specification beyond the catalog can be accepted;

3. User’s requirement for characteristics such as flame retardance shall be agreed otherwise in the contract;
